Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not fully manage it because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that your order may be out of stock after the order has been placed.
Our policy is for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
Your item must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
